Less a peplum and more a Renaissance-era farthingale, this dress's midsection uses an optical illusion to slim the waist and hips by comparison. Entrance- AND exit-making. Vintage sleeveless sheath dress with wide scooping neckline and front and rear princess seams at bodice; massive gathered and deeply-pleated balloon peplum filled with tulle for extraordinary fullness around full body circumference. Rear metal zipper closure with hook and loop at low back and neck.
