About
Asymmetrical, or symmetrical if you please, skirt from the ingenious house of Issey Miyake. This is one of his diffusion lines such as Pleats Please meant to be worn more as a day to day basic. Basic in the avant guard Japanese sense. The fabric is a crepe waffle weave in cotton with a touch of stretch fibers which is soft and moves with the body. There are two slashes in the skirt fitted with plackets with hooks and eyes meant for you the wearer to play the part of the designer in your own clothes. We've even tried it on as a top with these openings worn as sleeves. This piece invites the creativity of the wearer to discover the world of avant guard Japanese design.
