Folkloric Ruffled Skirt by Ellen Tracy circa 1970. Wonderfully colored vibrant paisley print in a dirndl shape over an attached petticoat with 2 rows of ruffles. The bottom ruffle matches the upper skirt and the center ruffle has a contrasting striped print but in matching tones. Super long waist band ties in a bow in the back with zip entry. Cotton/wool? blend. 1970's USA. Waist 26". Length 39".
