A fabulous brightly colored abstract pattern velvet maxi skirt from Mignon in pink, green, burgundy and blue. The skirt is gathered onto a 2" waistband then flares gently towards the hem. It has hip side seam pockets, a side zipper and is lined in matching pink silk.
