This antique Japanese table was produced in the Taisho period (1912-1926).
This is a double-sleeved desk whose lacquer has gained a deep flavor over time. The zelkova wood(Japanese Unique Wood) used throughout has a beautiful wood grain. Over time, the wood acquires a unique character, giving it a sense of nostalgia and depth.
This double-sleeved desk was once used as a workbench, so there are traces of work left in some places.
