1980's Japanese, Imari Style, Porcelain Serving Dish

About the Item

A vintage Japanese porcelain serving dish. The serving dish, handcrafted in Japan in the 1980s, features an elaborate Japanese scene and ornamentation based on a traditional Imari design and realised in traditional and regal colours. The plate is designed 'dodecagon' shaped, and has 12 sides, with each side gently curved and highlighted in gold.
