Sharing with you this lovely and rare piece from Japan. It is Majestic in size and also in painting quality. With a richly decorated scene of figures, birds and flowers in a landscape scenes. The backside with flowers and bats.
The piece is marked twice, see pictures made by phone. Measure: 64cm.
It's from the 19th century, either late edo or early Meiji in our opinion.
