About the Item

Cloth Rack The well finished frame members and the sharpness of joints indicates that this cloth rack was a product of a very experienced and skillful artisan. The whole piece is kept in simple lines and form. No decoration or carvings are needed. The attraction of this rack is found in the good balance of lines and skillful execution of the proportions of each member of the rack. 18th Century from Shanxi. Wood is Baimu (Cypress).
