18th Century Gilt Painted Table Screen

About the Item

Gilt Painted Table Screen 25h x 24w x 4d This unusual table screen has a built in storage compartment in the back. The front is painted with landscape and figures, whereas the sides are painted with plum blossoms. Both the lacquer and the paintings are preserved in good condition. Depth measurement reflects the screen/storage department. Final Sale Wood: Yu Origin: Shanxi Period: 18th C.
