Rare and Beautiful Architectural Pagode Display Cabinet, China
About the Item
Made of carved wood with transparent fences and scrollwork panels, two dragons at the front and pagoda roofs on top.
A beautiful realization by the Chinese woodcarver and furniture maker from the late 19th century and inlaid with capiz.
Some small ends of the dragon tails are missing and the edge fence work decorations in wood are incomplete and have damage.
Overall good condition.
