18th Century Gilded Bronze Hibachi



Japanese Edo period (1614-1868) hand warmer, with relief flower designs in chrysanthemums and hollyhocks. Originally used to hold hot coals in order to warm small spaces. Copper liner. Inside diameter: 8 1/4".
