Old Basket Woven from Japanese Bamboo / Farm Tools / Folk Art / Flower Basket

About the Item

It is a bamboo basket made around the Taisho era to the early Showa era (1912-1950) in Japan. This is a tool used by Japanese farmers and was carried on their backs. I don't know how it was used. But it's very cool. In Japan, the tools made and used by the common people are called "mingei" (= folk art) in Japanese. Why don't you decorate the wall or decorate the flowers? Weight: 0.5kg The size of the basket body (not including the string) W33cm D14cm H34cm.
