London born artist TORIE BEGG was a renowned minimalist painter during the 90’s & 00’s. Best known for her ‘Apparently..’ series of paintings, pictured above.
A career highlight was being included in a group show in Singapore, in 2004. 'Painting as Process: Re-evaluating Painting' alongside Ian Davenport, Alexis Harding, Ho Tzu Nyen, Jason Martin and Gerhard Richter.
Torie Begg’s artwork has been sold at several Modern Art sales, including Christie’s, New York and Bonhams, San Fransico. Her work has been part of private and public art collections globally for the past three decades.
