Japanese large bronze sculpture in two parts depicting an attendant standing atop a rocky base and holding a chamara fly-whisk or -swish used to sweep ignorance and fan deities, the figure's face, hands, and bare feet in gilt bronze, circa early twentieth century. Provenance: Property from an Upper East Side townhouse. Dealer: S138XX.
