Custom made to your specifications. As shown 96" x 42". Can be produced in Teak, Walnut, Oak, Ash, etc.
We produce custom made doors primarily for entrances and can produce doors as pivoted or normal operation as well as double doors for wide entrances. We have listings of doors we have produced.
All our doors are built with the best core a door can be - proper stave lumber core that is renown to last a generation. To which we add our wood and then finished in a durable coating to ensure maximum life.
Shown in this listing are 2 doors built for a cabin in Appalachia from white oak. A small bevel separates the panels used. The jabs on this model are extra thick to allow for steadfastness in the freezing temperatures and hot summers experienced.
Although any hardware is possible, a more classic handset was requested by the client. The price included covers the Door, it's finishing and the door handles to be provided by the cutter or added later by us a a separate cost. The door jamb is included with the hinges, threshold and weather stripping all applied and checked. The Door features an automatic drop-sweep mortised within the bottom and is otherwise invisible. The metal sill plate is adjustable as well as the mortised sweep.

We build elegant custom interior and exterior passage and entry doors with a Mid-Century Modern style. Pictured is an exterior entrance door 85" tall and 45" wide and because our doors are individually crafted they can be customized to meet any requirement for use as an interior or exterior door, single or double. They can be produced with all manner of hardware for commercial applications if needed which includes being fire-rated. All sales include pre-hung jambs and units are ready to be installed on-site.

Custom produced here in the United States. 84" tall x 72" is the common measurement but we can produce in any size, single or double.
The video shows a door with hardware and a smooth textured paint that highlights what is possible for your door with a custom paint selected by the client and produced by Benjamin Moore using Aura Exterior. The customer also had us install a peephole as well and we incorporated this into the vertical bar. High quality construction with the best hinges, woods and hardware that can be used. All hand made. The key to the doors is the use of old Appalachian oaks to produce hard and strong door jambs with our material sourced through local yards and the woods all selected. Critical to a quality door is the true Stave Lumber Core construction which is as good as a wood door can be; strong and resistant to movement using either oak, poplar or pine depending upon the environment.

Brass or Stainless Steel. Brass is warrantied for 1 year with a finish applied and is for interior use. You can request "living finish" for brass with no coating that will patina with age and use for interior or exteriors. Stainless Steel can be used on interiors or exteriors and has a natural finish that will last decades, but is warrantied for 5 years.
