A substantial antique English copper pot, from circa 1850. The tapered vessel is heavily oxidized, with only the handles still recognizable as copper. Exciting verdigris streaks the metal with flashes of green. Today, the pot could be used as a stylish place to store firewood, or reading material by the sofa - even a planter!
