An antique Jacobean style pine and composition fire mantel reclaimed from a property in Surrey., UK. Dating to circa 1880, this fireplace displays an elegant design with a beautiful white painted finish. A perfect feature for traditional townhouses and contemporary homes alike. Protruding thick jambs, detailed foliage to the end blocks, and the decorative centre tablet only add to its high-end look. ADDITIONAL DIMENSIONS Opening Height 98cm (38.58in) Opening Width 127cm (50in) Width between outside of legs 198cm (77.95in) CONDITION REPORT Good structural condition. Finished in old paint. Some small losses to the returns. The back could be trimmed down by 50mm to remove the losses, without affecting the function or appearance. Wear consistent with age and use. Minor losses, scuffs, and scratches.
