About the Item
The Bolection A stone fireplace shares a classical Bolection-style profile with our Bolection B design, but without the top shelf piece and the plinths. The molding profile curves out and then back in, in typical Bolection style, with additional layers of molding to add to the visual interest. Although it is only 3" deep at the very top, the Bolection A fireplace creates a beautifully simple but elegant stone frame around the firebox. This design goes perfectly in either a traditional, transitional, or even contemporary decor, and looks beautiful in stone ranging from a neutral-toned limestone to a boldly-veined marble. It works wonderfully well in a great room, living room, study, bedroom, and even an outdoor terrace, or a kitchen. Custom sizes are available. Plinths can also be added back to this design.
