About the Item

A rare antique Victorian Scottish Carron of Falkirk cast iron fireplace insert set with Minton tiles from the Shakespeare series. A generous polished outer plate, set with different scenes from Shakespeare’s plays are set on both sides, the original fire bars and ash pan cover. We have many fire surrounds that would suit this insert. Insert fire opening: 412mm wide x 705mm high.
