Antique Bar Harbor Style Wicker Wing Chair in Natural Finish with Green Trim
About the Item
A beautiful, antique Heywood Wakefield, Bar Harbor style wicker wing chair, recently acquired from a private estate. It is done in natural finish with green accent trim, American, circa 1900-1910. Large and incredibly sturdy with lovely wide arms designed with extra supporting beneath. The chair has a large beautiful lacy woven three panel back which comes down to the seat which is over a wide arched four sided fully skirted base which is set above woven pineapple style footing. The final design touch is a beautiful woven green finished braid outlining the whole of the wing chairs perimeter . The chair measures 40" ht. x 32" W. x 31" D. with a seat height of 14.5" to top of woven seat - add 3" - 4" with cushion.
