Custom Oak Pedestal

A very decorative and unusual Arts & Crafts antique oak pedestal. The moulded square top is set above four carved panelled sides raised on a moulded plinth base. Each panel has a figure carved in high relief representing the four seasons of Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter. Provenance: Originally from Ravensby Hall in Carnoustie, Angus, Scotland, circa 1900.
