Italian 19th Century Neo-Classical St. Scagliola Pedestal Column

About the Item

A most impressive Italian 19th century Neo-Classical st. Scagliola pedestal column. The pedestal is raised by a square Sienna like Scagliola base below a beautiful stepped white Carrara like design. At the center are four striking wonderfully executed Brocatelle Violette like columns with finely mottled plinths and striking ionic capitals below most decorative architectural arches. Above is the square Sienna like top display shelf. Top Diameter: 21.5".
