19th Century Chinese Stone Basin

$980

About

This round stone basin was carved by hand in China's Shandong province over 200 years ago. In China, rock as an element is classified as "yang" because it is strong, hard, durable, and "male." It is an element that would be well balanced by delicate flowers and lush greenery. With its textured surface and three asymmetrical handles, this beautifully aged stone basin is the perfect eye-catching garden planter.
