A sweet early 20th century handwoven ash splint gathering basket with an ovoid opening, a square base, a double banded rim, and one bentwood handle on the back. This basket was found in Northern Michigan. It's a lovely basket that can hang against the wall to be used for mail, gloves/scarves, dog leashes, etc.
