It was made by an artist called 'Kikusen'. His signature is carved on the bottom of this basket. His artist name is Kikusen Edodaikagura.
This can be used as basket and also flower vase.
This basket will come with a bamboo flower vase. In the case of cracked bamboo, it is better to always put other cup to fill the water if you would like to use as a flower vase.
