Large Belgian Factory Cotton Rolling Cart, c.1940

About
An original wicker rolling cart with a steel frame, steel wheels and a large steel plate with "4A" stenciled on it. Originally used in a factory to haul cotton for processing, the cart has four steel wheels with two gliding along a rod which enables the cart to spin on a dime.
