About the Item

Thick fluted Glass bowl designed by Pierre D’avesn alias Pierre Gire during the late 1930s or early 1940s. It resembles a shooting star. Made by adding chromium oxide and iron oxide during glass fusion process to achieve this distinct and vibrant emerald green. Marked: Made in France, D'avesn. Measurements: D: 17.5 cm, H: 8.5 cm.
