Large Handmade Natural Onyx Bowl, One of a Kind

About the Item

Handmade in Mexico Carved from a single piece of onyx One of a kind Dimensions: 23 x 17 x 4.25 in. / 60 x 43 x 10 cm A fluted, almost to the point of frilly, organic “oyster” shaped of vessel from naturally colored stone with the mineral formations with the stone creating a dapled gray and white interior. The polished finish gives the platter a glow, inside and out. The rim is the natural edge of the rock. Hand-worked to a thickness of 3/8 - 1/2 in./ .95 - 1.5 cm These bowls make a spectacular fruit bowl or serving piece in addition to a wonderful centerpiece.
