Large Soffiato Footed Bowl by Vittorio Zecchin

About the Item

Vibrant red blown Soffiato glass footed bowl or large compote made in Murano, Italy in the 1920s by Vittorio Zecchin. Wonderful classic shape which would have looked perfect on a art Deco sideboard of the period or in the center of a large round table. The piece is very good shape there is a small manufacturing crack about 4mm wide which is stable. I've owned this for about 8 years and decided someone else should love it as much as I have. It's very cheerful, it almost glows. This item will be double boxed and packed by a professional for shipping.
