About the Item
Beautiful, and rare, vintage Murano hand blown, gold flecks with purple pulled feather design Italian art glass powder box. Attributed to the Barovier e Toso company, in a "Fenicio" design. The piece has a striking design and is profusely covered in gold leaf throughout. The piece still retains two intact original labels. It has a "Venetian Glass - Balboa - Made In Italy" label and "Made In Italy 395/3398" item number label. Would make a great display piece on any credenza, vanity, or bedside table. Use it as a candy dish, as a jewelry box, or just as a decorative accent on any surface. Mid-century era. Measures 6" across x 5" tall.
Has a stray bubble on the body, as shown on the photos.
