This is a small vintage keepsake box. An Indian, teak storage case with carved finish, dating to the late Art Deco period, circa 1940.
Petite and profusely carved box with appealing finish

Teak stocks present deep russet hues and fine grain interest
Carved to each fascia with foliate leaf patterns
Inset lock to the front fascia — untested, key absent
