    An exceptionally rare set of two German Meissen Floral Themed Porcelain Cabinet Plates of circular outline, last quarter of the Nineteenth Century. Each central reserve exquisitely hand painted scattered views of decorative still life of Summer Flowers and Old Roses on an off-white ground. The wide raised gilt shaped edge basket weave molded borders similarly hand decorated. Condition: Exceptional condition for such early pieces, with no losses or evidence of wear to gilding.     An exceptionally fine quality example of a Lady’s or Gentleman’s English Regency Period polished brass mounted Flame Mahogany Inlaid Boulle Style Jewellery or Trinket Casket or Table Box made during the first quarter of the Nineteenth Century, of English origin.  The rectangular form with hinged lid opening to reveal a later burgundy coloured woven fabric which is superbly done. Central cartouche on lid with initials possibly RLH.  This exquisite casket is raised on four generous beaded bun supports.  Condition: Good condition with nice patination, no losses to brass inlays.
