19th Century Majolica Portuguese Palissy Tobacco Jar Manuel Mafra

Large Portuguese Palissy tobacco jar attributed to Manuel Mafra.
This tobacco jar is decorated in high relief of a frog, large butterflies, bugs, shells, a snake, a crocodile, on the lid a large shell with a lizard on the top, a butterfly and a bug.
Very rich decoration all-over the pot.
Reference / Page 38 " Portuguese Palissy Ware " of M. Katz , a similar example with different colors.
