A beautiful antique Queen Anne solid silver tobacco box with a classic oval form. The fitted lid has an intricate engraved armorial, and the interior is gilded.
Made in London, England in 1711 by Edward Cornock
Weight - 130g
Length - 9.4cm
Width - 7.5cm
Height - 2.4cm
This 18th century silver tobacco box has English Hallmarks.
The box is in very good condition with some very light surface scratches commesurate with age and use and some minor wear to the interior gilding.
