A handsome Victorian solid / sterling silver tea canister with a repousse decoration to both body and pull-off lid.
The tea caddy is fully hallmarked for the well renowned silversmiths, Atkin Brothers (Henry Atkin) and struck in Sheffield in the year 1893.
Excellent condition measuring 2 3/4" x 2" x 3 1/4" tall and weighing 2.32 Troy Ounces / 72.2 Grams.

Another unusual feature is the fine Greek Key inlay to both the the lid and top.
The interior has two lidded compartments later covered in paper which can be seen in the photographs.
