1920s Antique Moroccan Silver Plated Footed Tea Caddy with hinged lid. This authentic Moroccan brass silver plated box has a beautiful etched geometrical design, beaded trim, and ring handles, perfect for display or for serving. Beautiful British Colonial style silver plate covered biscuit box, tea caddy with footed gallery tray and exterior etched design details. Arabesque design and ornate hand-engraved details. Early 20th century tea caddy in hand engraved and embossed brass silvered metal, this antique Moroccan box could be used to store tea, decorative trinket box or just as display on a shelf or table, of a collectible North African traditional Islamic Metalwork. Great rich patina that along with its details give it a certain charm. The hinged lid works well. In great antique condition with age-appropriate wear and use. Unknown Moroccan Maker. Measurements: 6.5 in. H x 6in W x 5 in D. Late English Victorian Moorish style hand crafted in Fez, Morocco. Maker's mark on underside. Circa 1920's.
