Decoration : Central image depicts Battle Abbey Gatehouse within a geometric border. The side panels of the lid have a geometric band. The side panels of the base have a berlin woolwork floral band within keylines.
Size : 20.8cmx11.6cmx12.7cm
Condition : No missing tesserae, minimal wear - a little lifting and discolouration to the central image, missing key.
Restoration : None
Weight : 529 grams
This is a design by Henry Hollamby and was most likely made by him although Boyce, Brown and Kemp were known to use his designs.
