This Pair of Shabbas Candle Holders, rendered in hand wrought brass with refined and classical banded detailing originate from the United States, Circa 1910. Designed to be lit prior to sunset to honor the coming Sabbath in Jewish life, the usage of candlehodlers of this type has been an ongoing tradition for thousands of years. They feature a variety of graduations and radiating bands throughout their cylindrical bodies catching the light and reflections of the space and warmly absorbing the candlelight floating above, exuding a classical and timeless aura within a refined and humble form.
