High Style Art Deco Three-Armed Candelabra, Silvered Brass, Possibly Sweden
About the Item
Rare and striking, this high style Art Deco candelabra features three candle bases, one at the top that surmounts a post with incised geometric decorations, and two lower bases sitting on projecting horizontal bars supported by stepped-back brackets, the entire piece finished in sleek silver over brass. We have only seen one other example of this candelabra, so we assume it was made in very small quantities. It is not signed, but may be Swedish in origin.
