A patinated winged figure of Victory wearing a diaphanous dress, holding in her hand a torch-shaped candelabra delivering vertical lights, balanced on one foot, on a sphere resting on a palm base on a circular pedestal in green marble mounted of harp and foliated and gilded palmettes, all on a square stepped base.
