Seam cast brass Queen Anne candlestick with urn form candle cup supported by a trumpet form shaft over a suppressed knob peened to a conical to domed base with scolloped edge. The candle shaft retains its original push up candle ejector. Birmingham, England, circa 1760.

    The candlestick has separation of the seam on the lower suppressed knob, a flaw likely the result of an imperfection in the manufacturing process. Surfaces have been hand polished. Wear commensurate with age and use.
