Pair of Antique Elkington Silver Plated Column Candlesticks with Leaf Decoration
About the Item
This pair of antique candlesticks were made by the well known Elkington Company of England in approximately 1920 in a period Art Deco style. The cnaldesticks are composed of silver plate and has stylized leaf decoration around the sides of the cups, whick is replicated down the sides of the squared colums and accents the base. The candlesticks are clearly signed "ELKINGTON CO" on the side of the base, as are the hallmarks for English silver plate.
