A fine pair of George III period Wedgwood base candlesticks the Wedgwood bases of classic blue and white form, the bases richly decorated with classic Greek scenes the bases surmounted with a step and diamond cut-glass egg this supporting a multi spike drip pan and candle nozzle the candlesticks hung with strings of double pointed spangles.
