About the Item
Folio candleholder designed by Antigone Acconci & Riccardo Bastiani for Mingardo. Folio is a contemporary reinterpretation of the candleholder. Two sheets of copper, brass or stainless steel become three-dimensional volume through simple artisan gestures that they shape. A complement created with two sheets 2mm thick that cover a structural core. Oxidation is a natural feature of its own in this material and without protection, it will come sooner or later depending on use and its location.
