19th Century Italian Empire Clock with Parcel-Gilt and Bronze Details

About the Item

Beautifully designed mantel (fireplace) clock with ornate bronze embellishments. Carved and gilded griffins flank the clock face. A gilt eagle is the finial. The beautiful wood case is embellished with painted geometric designs and marble pilasters with gilded capitals.
