French Brass and Champlevé Enamel-Mounted Striking Carriage Clock

About the Item

A stunning antique French brass and champlevé enamel-mounted eight day striking and repeating carriage clock, with a beautiful swan cast handle. The carriage clock has a stylish and unique Arabic dial with radial engine turned centre and exquisite blued steel hands. The clock was originally retailed by Sharman and Neill Ltd, Jewellers and Diamond Merchants based on Royal Avenue, Belfast. This inscription can be seen on the dial.
