Danish 18th Century Painted and Parcel-Gilt Longcase Clock


Handsome painted long case clock from South Jutland in Denmark with brass face and small bird detail depicting second hand. Painted in pale grey-green and gold and gilded. Strikes on the hour and half-hour, runs 8 days. In good working condition. Face is signed by J.G. Ludenz, Christiansted. Original ornate key for door.
