Gilt Bronze Sevres Style Clock Garniture, 19th Century

About the Item

Beautiful 18th century Rococo manner gilt bronze mantel clock with elegant Sèvres style bleu / navy colored porcelain. The porcelain is very delicately hand painted with a landscape on one side of the vases and figures on a staircase on the other. Gorgeous gold details on a deep blue and jeweled background. The clock has a painting on the top with 2 ladies enjoying nature. At the bottom 2 ladies who water the plants and listen to the songbird in the cage on the table. The dial is also very nicely done with 2 hats and flowers and jewels in the edges. Please take a good look at the photos to see the condition. The clock is good working order. Measures: Clock height 46 cm, width 31 cm, depth 13 cm Vases height 33.5 cm, width 10 cm, depth 9 cm.
