Beautiful design and also practical in size Art Deco table clock.
Over the years we have sold a number of striking (no pun intended) Art Deco clocks, but never one as cool and almost futuristic looking and perfectly symmetrical as this one. The perfect warm patina makes this clock extra special and because of its unique design and color it will look great in every Art Deco interior. To have found this hand crafted in layers table clock with rounded edges was a treat, but to find it in this amazing condition really made our day. Have you also noticed the unique and perfect condition shiny brass clock face? For it to run and strike perfectly was another plus and it all shows that this clock has been loved and looked after from the day it was handcrafted. This perfect working antique clock comes with an eight day clock mechanism, a chime mechanism that strikes every quarter and a four hammers gong mechanism that strikes the whole hours. This is why you see three holes in the dial face instead of two holes when there is no chime. So if you would like to own a rare, beautiful and great condition clock in perfect working order then this 1920s gem could be perfect for you.
