About the Item
For your consideration is this fabulous Art Deco Mantle Clock. with an amazing rare shape. This movement is solid brass with a wind up mechanism that runs for 8 days and chimes on the hour and the half hour. The clock has its original pendulum and key. We've had the clock professionally serviced and so it runs very well.
The overall condition is very good showing minimal signs of it's true age. The vase is burl Walnut and has fabulous figuring and a warm conker colour . Wonderful shape, very indicative of this era. Chrome bezel and silvered dial add to the appeal. Audible tick but not loud. Perfect for mantle, sideboards or tables.
A truly wonderful timepiece that will be an asset to any interior.
